Product descriptions, photographs, availability, prices, and included items may change from time to time.
Because many items are handmade, original, biological, or one of a kind, small variations are part of the charm. No two paintings, shells, markings, personalities, or slime trails are guaranteed to be identical.
3. Adopt, Don’t Release
Live snail adoptions come with real responsibilities. By purchasing or receiving a live snail from us, you agree to provide appropriate care and to follow the care guidance supplied with your adoption.
• Never release an adopted snail into the wild.
• Keep the enclosure secure, appropriately humid, clean, and away from unsafe substances such as salt and household chemicals.
• Provide appropriate food and a calcium source.
• Supervise interactions with young children and other pets.
• Follow any laws or regulations that apply to keeping, transporting, or receiving land snails where you live.
You are responsible for confirming that possession and receipt of a live snail is permitted at your delivery location. We may refuse or cancel a live-animal order if shipment would be unlawful, unsafe, or inappropriate.
4. Snail Mail, Literally
Shipping times are estimates, not teleportation promises. Weather, carrier delays, temperature extremes, holidays, and other conditions may affect shipment timing, especially when a living creature is involved.
You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address and for monitoring tracking information when provided. We may delay live-animal shipments when conditions are not safe for the snail. That is not us being sluggish. That is us being responsible.
5. Prices, Payments and Shelling Out
Prices are shown on the website at the time of purchase and may change without notice. Applicable taxes, shipping charges, or other fees will be shown before checkout when possible.
Payments may be processed by third-party payment providers. By submitting payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the selected payment method. An order is not guaranteed until payment is accepted and the order is confirmed.
6. Returns, Refunds and Other Shell Shocks
Any return, refund, cancellation, or replacement policy displayed on the website or at checkout is incorporated into these Terms. Because live animals, original artwork, custom pieces, and personalized items cannot always be restocked or resold, they may be final sale except where required by law or where we expressly agree otherwise.
If an order arrives damaged, incorrect, or a live snail appears to have been harmed during transit, contact us promptly with your order information and clear photographs when appropriate. We will review the situation and determine the available remedy under the applicable order policy.

Please admire the art. Please do not clone the shell.
8. Be a Good Egg, Even Though Snails Lay Them
